This townhome project is surrounded by single-family homes, a high school, and the 96-unit Desales Flats.
Smaller front yard setbacks and multiple townhomes in a row are the two exceptions they got.
All of these units are market rate - the developer does not do affordable housing. So they made a donation to offset not having low-income units.


West Price Hill Neighborhood Plan

Revitalization of business. Eliminate empty storefronts. Attract businesses.
This plan serves as a high-level encouragement for commercial development. They did not go into detail about new construction impact.
When asked, the authors described the "many vacant lots" in their business districts (shown above).
